What is your shipping policy?

📦Generally within 2-3 business days, depending on volume.
📦Please note that we try our best to ship accurately abroad through Etsy shipping, if the order is held by customs and requires additional payment - we do not cover these charges.

📦Package Lost but Shows Delivered

Each order comes with tracking, please check status online for your orders progress.
📦 If your parcel shows stalled in transit, give it up to 10 days.
📦 If your parcel shows delivered, but you don't have it:
📨 Check with other members of the household to make
sure they didn't grab it on accident.
📨 Check with neighbors to ensure they didn't receive it
in error.
📨 Contact the post office and open a ticket with them
explaining the item shows received, but you didn't
receive it.
If after all this, the item is still not received, contact us and provide the details of the post office ticket. We can try to assist in retrieving that package.

We are 1000% committed to whiplash fast around time! We want this unique gift in your/your recipients hands as quickly as possible!!

If the order was submitted to the post office within the time frame listed in your product listing, we are now at the mercy of the postal service.

Usually, the shipping/delivery goes without a hitch. But if the shipping becomes delayed, it's important to note that The Sticker Faire has no control over the postal service. Due to production costs, we cannot refund or resend orders based on shipping delays.

To help ensure your gift is delivered by the time you need, we recommend you place your order allowing for 10 days total to arrival once the order is processed to the post office.

Do you accept returns/exchanges or cancellations?

We do accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The terms of returns are as follows:

📦Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery
📦Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
📦Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition
⛔Perfectly Imperfect items and customized items are not eligible for return or exchanges.

We strive for a 2-3 day turn around. Due to the fast time, we are only able to accept cancellations if done in the strict 24 hour window. If a request is received after 24 hours has passed, we will not be able to accommodate the request.

A couple of items may affect the way the color appears on the screen to what you receive.

1. The display of the color is dependent on the monitor 🖥️ settings. The colors may vary slightly to what you see.

2. The material being printed on has a base tone that may affect how the colors may appear from product to product with the same design.
